Unauthorised call protection up to €1,000
Don't get hit twice. We'll tear up the bill for any unauthorised calls made after your phone was lost or stolen. This cover is only provided following a successful loss or theft claim, up to a maximum of €1000.
What's not covered?
- Theft, loss or damage as a result of an attempted theft from an unattended unlocked vehicle.
- Theft, loss or damage of registered mobile phone/3G broadband modem not equipped with your Vodafone authorised SIM at the time of the incident.
- Damage arising out of a manufacturing defect (breakdown).
- Theft, loss or damage of equipment left unattended in a public place (unless there is evidence of forcible violent entry/exit).
- Theft, loss or damage of equipment not reported to Vodafone within 30 days of discovery.
- Theft, loss or damage as a result of an attempted theft or malicious damage not reported to the Garda Síochána within a reasonable period of time.
Excess charges will apply.
