Vodafone Sure Signal works using Femto Cell technology. Femto cells are in effect small very low power mobile base stations that provide a strong 3G signal in a small area (up to 30 metres), typically the size of a house or small business.

How much does Vodafone Sure Signal cost?

There are 2 price points available for Sure Signal.

€81.82 ex VAT if the customer doesn’t have broadband with Vodafone.

€40.50 ex VAT if the customer has broadband with Vodafone.

How am I billed for Vodafone Sure Signal?

Customers are charged at a one off cost, as per the above pricing model. There is no monthly recurring charge for Sure Signal.

However, as the device always remains the property of Vodafone, customers will be sent a monthly bill for Sure Signal which will be rated at €0.00.

How will I receive my bill?

If you are a Fixed Services customer you will see the Sure Signal line item on your existing Fixed Bill.

If you are a mobile only customer, they will receive a separate online eBill which will be emailed to them each month and viewable on My Vodafone.
